Sansotei Ramen is a Japanese Ramen house serving up hot and delicious ramen. This particular ramen house specializes in the pork bone soup base, or "Tonkotsu". Choose from the traditional Tonkotsu or the Tonkotsu Black (with black sesame flavour). If you're looking for something less creamy, go for the Shoyu soup base which is a dark savoury soy flavour or the Miso Soup base which is a light soy flavour.
If those don't fit your tastes, there is also a Spicy Tan Tan (a spicy minced meat ramen) or the Seafood Tomato base ramen that includes scallops, eggs, tomato, and shiitake mushrooms. Yum!
The restaurant will have you choose your own choice of noodles and you can add an extra egg or slices of pork belly (Chashu) for an extra dollar or two.
I highly recommend adding the slow cooked wings or Zangi (deep fried chicken to your order). Who doesn't love chicken!
This restaurant is tucked away long Byng Ave. which is south of Finch (on the east side) and between Yonge and Doris Ave.
UberEats and other delivery services are also an option!
